To request a return, customers must contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide a complete unboxing video (from start to finish without any cuts) along with clear images of the product as proof. This helps us verify the issue accurately and process the request faster. Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

In rare cases, if a product is found to be missing from the package at the time of delivery, we offer a full refund for the missing item. A complete unboxing video is mandatory to verify such claims.

Please note that returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer, or if the request is made after the 10-day period. Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, customers can choose between a replacement or a refund. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping will be handled by us at no extra cost.
